2021 Allevare Metcalfe Shiraz - Heathcote, VIC

Two of our favourite worlds collide with Lucy and Alsyha from Allevare grabbing some organically grown Shiraz off Tim from Minim Wines, and it's a rather lovely result. A bit of whole bunch, a couple weeks of skin contact then 10 months in old oak makes for one lucious and pretty shiraz that's super vibrant, super fragrant and effortlessly delicious.
