2021 Allevare Novello Shiraz - Mornington Peninsula, VIC

Nouveau style red made by West Gippsland gems Lucy and Alysha that's more Syrah than Shiraz with 2 weeks on skins and 6 months in tank. Bright and crunchy with herbal hints and some savoury spice, this is a pretty, lighter-weight Shiraz that's lovely with a half hour in the fridge but also lovely without a chill.
