2021 Vineyard of No Love Pinor Noir - Macedon Ranges, VIC

Stunning Pinot handpicked from un-pruned vines in Lancefield and guided into a supreme state by minimal intervention focussed Micah from DEFIALY wines. Wild fermented with 20% whole bunch, 80% whole berry and aged in old oak for 12 months before bottling without fining, filtration or sulphur. 

This is a structured and complex Pinot, delicate and aromatic yet concentrated and savoury. There's richness and interest here, great length and complex tannins. Pretty serious little scene here.
