2021 "In the shade we will never sit" Vine Dried Shiraz - Grampians, VIC

Well this one is bit of a different take but wow is it deep and delicious. The Shiraz for this was cane pruned, bascially cutting the bunches from the plant but leaving them to hang allowing the fruit to partially dry, thus increasing the concentration, ripeness and power. This is deep, dark and savoury wine with plenty of power but definitely not overblown. A must try if you're after deep and elegant power.
