2021 Anim Tinderbox Pinot Noir - d’Entrecasteaux Channel TAS

Stunning single vineyard Pinot from Max and Siobhan of Anim Wines. Wild ferment, 50% whole bunch, 20% new oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered. This is pure and plush Tassie Pinot, with supreme strucure and intensity rounded out by elegant tannins. Anim Wines are a new find for us and we are thoroughly loving what they are doing, keep and eye out for their Field Blend and Riesling.
