Shipping Details 

• Natural Science Wine and Liquor offers free next day delivery within 12km of our Blackburn store for orders over $60 (Unfortunately we can’t offer delivery on Mondays)
• For all Victorian orders outside of the 12km radius, please allow 2 - 7 days depending on distance and shipping provider
• For interstate orders please allow 4-14 days for delivery. 
• Flat rate delivery fees are as follows:

• VIC: $15
• NSW: $15
• QLD: $15
• SA: $15
• WA: $15
• TAS: $15
• NT: $20

• We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day during regular business hours.
• Orders received on weekends & public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
• Parcels are sent via trackable post (in most cases Australia Post and Sendle) and you will be notified via email of your tracking information once your parcel has left our premises. We require all parcels be signed for on delivery by someone over the age of 18, so we recommend sending to an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

• Given the delicate nature of our merchandise we will not ship orders during extreme heat, if we foresee any delays with your order due to this, we will notify you accordingly

Dispatch & Delivery of Orders

• Natural Science Wine & Liquor aims to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends & public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. We currently do not dispatch orders on Mondays. 
• Next Day Deliveries are carried out by Natural Science Wine & Liquor or Third Party Providers who are required to check and verify an evidence-of-age document.
• During peak periods there may be a delay in dispatching your order, however Natural Science Wine & Liquor will take every measure to ensure the prompt dispatch and delivery of your order.
• We use reputable postage services (in most cases Australia Post or Sendle) to transport your order to the delivery address selected by you. Each parcel will be insured, with the maximum insurance value being $1000.
• Natural ScienceWine & Liquor requires all parcels to be signed for on delivery; the supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons 18 years and older.
• Due to recent changes to the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (the Act) we are no longer able to leave next day delivery parcels unattended. The person or persons must be available to collect the delivery from the driver.
• Natural Science Wine & Liquor makes every effort to pack all parcels securely, however due to the fragile nature of the merchandise if you do receive a damaged parcel please notify info@naturalscience.shop immediately so that arrangements can be made.
• Given the nature of the products sold by Natural Science Wine & Liquor, orders will not be sent in exceptionally hot weather. If there are any foreseen delays you will be notified promptly.
• In the instance that you provide an incorrect delivery address, Natural Science Wine & Liquor will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered if your order is delivered to the address that you have supplied.
• Please note that all delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless a Product fails to comply with the Australia Consumer Law consumer guarantee provisions.
• For deliveries to South Australia: as per the South Australian Liquor Licensing Legislation 2019 amendments, you agree that the recipient of the delivery is required to sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are aged 18 years and over. If the recipient looks under 25, they will be required to provide proof of age identification (photographic ID and date of birth), which will be recorded and held for a minimum of 12 months. If the recipient nominates an alternative person to collect the delivery, their details will be kept as a signed declaration.
