Natural Science Wine & Liquor is now also your neighbourhood bar...
It’s been a long time coming, but Blackburn finally has a spot for a proper adult drink - and we’re proud to be it.
The bar is an extension of our shop and values: warm, welcoming, and considerate, pouring exceptional all-Australian drinks with a focus on value. It’s an approachable place where you can bring your dog, your child, or your gran, and comfortably drink well without pretence.

Bookings?
We have one large table, so we only take bookings for groups of 6 or more. This keeps the space casual and easy-going. To book, just email or call.

Bar Hours?
The bar is open during shop hours.
Mon-Tue closed ❖ Wed-Sat 12pm-9pm ❖ Sun 2pm-8pm

Food?
We offer a great range of all-Australian snacks - cheeses, tinned seafood from Little Tin Co, charcuterie, olives, chips, crackers, and nuts.
For something bigger, order from our neighbouring venues (Lorena Pizzeria even made a special snack menu for us) or bring your favourite takeaway.
Kids and Dogs?
Both are welcome but dogs have to be outside.
Private Events?
No exclusive bookings Wednesday to Sunday - we like to keep the shop/bar open for everyone. We're open to requests on other days, so just get in touch.
