A bounty of native botanicals alongside a big serve of juniper make this an intrinsically Australian gin.

In all, 25 individual botanicals play a part. Finger Lime and Desert Lime take a major role with Peppermint Gum Leaf, Saltbush, Wild Thyme, Pepperberry, Wattleseed, Anise Myrtle, Macadamia et. al all playing a their to ramp up the savouriness and complexity.  

This was the gin that really drew us to Applewood years ago. It's a rich and complex gin that's just so interesting and hard to go past.
