2022 Cremant Rosé - Macedon Ranges VIC

Etienne Mangier crafts supremely elegant, minimal intervention wines from the small vineyard he farms in the Macedon Ranges. His sparkling wines are truly impressive and this vintage of his Cremant Rosé is yet another stunning go. A rosé de presse of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay left on lees for a year and bottled without filtration nor sulphur, though this is no funk filled pet nat scene. Stunning colour, beautiful aromatics, bright fruit and fine acidity, this is a really impressive Australian sparkling rosé.
