2021 Apricity Marsanne/Roussanne - Beechworth VIC

With fruit from the esteemed Warner Vineyard, Gary and Elika from Jamsheed have summoned a picture perfect textural white. Direct pressed to old French oak for fermentation separately with indigenous yeasts, left sur lees for 10 months then blended back together and bottled. This is flowers and spice and texture and delicious. Round, ripe and interesting, this makes for a great Rhone white blend built for food. Love it.
