2021 Pinot Gris - Benalla VIC

A complex and textural single vineyard Pinot Gris from winemaker Erin Pooley. The fruit for this wine sees a little bit of skin contact to build depth, resulting in a stunning pink/copper tinge. It’s fresh, pretty, aromatic and a dash savoury, and makes for a big step up on your average Pinot Gris.
