2019 Sabre Sparkling Rosé - Macedon/Pyrenees 

Extremely well made and elegant vintage sparkling from ex Chandon winemaker John Harris. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay across a mix of barrel and stainless steel ferments with a small amount of dosage, this is textural and creamy yet still refreshing and vibrant. We love this.
