Another great whisky from the Morris range, here Morris' own sherry barrel are left to shine. First matured in both French and American oak ex-red wine barrels before finishing in 10yr old Apera (Sherry), this is a really elegant and structured whisky with soft spice, toasted nutiness and plenty of oak. It finished bright, long and moreish.
