2023 Regional Riesling - Murrumbateman NSW

Citrus, but fancy citrus, like that of Meyer lemon. It's a bone dry but texutural riesling with fragrant white jasmine, ginger flower and a slight incense smokey spice. Fermented in concrete to add magnificent texture and left to do it's thing! YUM
