While they may be more know for their beers, Boatrocker also make some exceptional spirits. For their Raspberry Gin, whole raspberries are left to macerate in the gin for seven days while strawberry gum and earl greay tea are distilled and added to the mix. Brilliant and bright in colour, it's aromatic and juicy without being seriously sweet. Makes a great gin and tonic (or soda), or works a treat in classics like a Gin Fizz or Tom Collins.
