2023 Pinot Gris - Geelong VIC

Yet another gem from Lucy and Alysha of Allevare Wines. Pinot Gris that's whole bunch pressed, 50% barrel fermented and aged in large format French oak for 6 months.

A bit serious yet also sessionable, this Gris drips in quince and stone fruits with white flowers. It's texutural and rich yet vibrant and approachable. Proper Gris done properly.
