A complex and elegant Pinot Noir from French gem Etienne Mangier. Handpicked, whole bunch ferment and time in old oak, this has earthy aromatics with a fine, wild berry palate, elegant tannins and a savoury finish. A really smart, really refined, minimal intervention wine.
