NV Holly's Garden Uber Brut - Whitlands, VIC

This project of Moondarra winemaker Neil Prentice focusses on the Holly's Garden vineyard high up on the Whitlands plateau, about 750m above sea level. The Uber Brut is Pinot Noir plus a dash of Chardonnay, part barrel aged and part stainless steel tank with a portion of solera aged wine blended in. The result is complex, textural and refined with bright, fine acidity, a cracking example of fine Whitlands wine.
