This year's release of The Green Room is simply looking stunning, the long legacy of the late Taras Ochota being managed beautifully by his wife Amber.  The dry grown, organic grenache planted in 1946 shines here. Bright, aromatic, textural and savoury, a dash of herbs and spice, this is effortlessly delicious.
