2023 Obligato Gruner Veltliner - Adelaide Hills SA

Aromatic, citrussy and floral, this is a combo of two sites (Macclesfield and Kenton Valley) that's 70/30 barrel and stainless ferment then left on lees for 6 months. It's bright like neon love with fine acidity and big citrus but it's also textured and round, making for a super moreish take on Gruner.
