2022 Anim Tinderbox Riesling - South East Tasmania

Another gem from a new favourite, this is really pretty cool climate Riesling. Fruit taken from just 8 rows of the Tinderbox vineyard that's managed by Anim duo Max and Siobhan is whole bunch pressed and wild fermented with minimal ageing before bottling. The result is a picture of purity, fresh and dry with bright citrus and clean minerality. Pristine.
