Yackandandah based Backwoods Distilling never fail to deliver when it comes to their Whisky. Batch 9 of their White Oak Rye is yet another belter and deservedly one of the countries best. Aromatic and bright with a hint of smoky wood, there's a bit of spice and creaminess to this one with a slight bicuity finish and just a little bit of vanilla. Awesome Rye.
