2021 White - Gippsland VIC

A blend of Savagnin & Pinot Gris from the Ponsford's Willow Grove vineyard plus a little Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc from the Wild Dog vineyard with all fruit direct pressed into old french oak barrels for wild fermentation.

This is a brilliant textural wine with minerality, elegance, richness and acidity. There's some delicious nuttiness and creaminess here that is really appealing. A really interesting white blend, love this.
