2022 "All Seagulls, No Chips" Orange Greco - Heathcote, VIC

Greco from the Chalmers Vineyard that's left on skins for a couple weeks before some time in barrel. This is aromatic and pretty with bright acidity and a sublte waxiness that leads to a long, saline finish. Savoury and plush enough but super vibrant and fresh, this is such a great skin contact wine and a great example of Greco.
