Saison Artichoke Amaro 500ml
The is the first Amaro from chef Dave Verhuel's Saison Aperitifs and he has really swung for the fence. Instead of taking the safe path of a bitter orange style (nothing wrong with that) he's made a modern Australian ode to Cynar.
Made with a Moscato base and loaded with globe artichokes, wild lavender, thistles and meyer lemon, this is a complex, herbaceous and beautifully bitter amaro. A definite dive-into for any amaro fan.
