Perched on the slopes of Mount Macedon in Victoria’s cool-climate Macedon Ranges, Mount Towrong is a family-owned vineyard inspired by Italian heritage and a passion for sustainable winemaking. Led by winemaker Adam Paleg, the team crafts small-batch wines with minimal intervention, hand-tending vines and relying on wild fermentation to express purity of site and varietal character. From Grillo and Chardonnay to Nebbiolo and Lagrein, plus the highly revered Vivace sparkling, each wine reflects elegance, texture, and a deep respect for place.
