A 50/50 blend of organic Pinot and Syrah from Murrumbateman made by the lovely folks at Aristotelis Ke Anthoula, a South Pambula based duo. making bright minimal intervention wines. 

This is a stunning cool night wine. Dark and moody, this is impressively savoury and structured with lingering spice and fine tannins.
