2022 Allevare Roussanne - Beechworth

This wine is a true triple tick for us. We love Roussanne, we love Beechworth wine and we love Allevare so it was destiny that we would be all over this wine. 

Roussanne grown is the granitic soils surrounding Beechworth that's whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented in aged French oak and left on lees for 6 months. Super savoury, structured and restrained take on Roussanne that's both complex and instantly appealing.
