2023 "Dream" Pinot Noir - Sunbury 

Another cracking release from Matt Aulich, this one comes off the regeneratively farmed Lakey Farm Vineyard in Sunbury. This is a lifted and fresh little number that’s savoury, supple and very pretty. There’s tannin and structure here but it feels pretty damn round and balanced.
