2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon - Eden Valley

Pure, elegant, and deeply expressive. Grown at high altitude on the cool, rocky slopes of Eden Valley, this is Cabernet crafted with real finesse and restraint.

Pours a dark ruby with inviting aromas of fresh cassis, dark plum, dried sage, and subtle cedary oak spice. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied, layered with crunchy black fruits, fine-grained tannins, and a line of cool-climate acidity that gives it brilliant structure and poise. Complex without feeling heavy, this is bloody good Cabernet.
