2022 Pinot Noir - Coal River Valley TAS

Stunning single site Pinot from the Palisander Vineyard in the Tea Tree sub region of the Coal River Valley made by the very talented Samantha Connew. This has become a cult wine and rightfully so, it is expressive and deep and ridiculously good. There's layers and layers here, red fruit, black fruit, spice, juicy acidity, complex tannins, the whole gamut. Opens up brilliant with some time in glass, this a ripping wine to slowly savour.
