From an off-grid little distillery in Kinglake comes this belter of a single malt.

Sam and Chantal are incredibly focussed on producing an excellent whisky and are investing in quality at every stage. The use an on-site spring for water, 3 types of New South Wales malt plus one Scottish peated malt, re-coopered ex-bourbon barrels and a Tassie built still, all the while being certified carbon neutral.

The resulting whisky is elegant and aromatic with just a hint of peat, a solidly rich mouthfeel and long finish.
