Another Australian-centric sustainable gem from Spotswood based Autonomy Distillers, this one showcases the Quandong, a native Australian peach grown in arid regions of Victoria and South Australia. It's distilled with juniper, citrus and pepperberry then more quandong is further macerated in the resulting spirit. It makes for such and interesting drink, tangy, tart, citrussy and complex that's excellent with a light tonic, on ice or in a clever riff on a classic cocktail like a sour or spritz.
