2022 Chardonnay - Gippsland VIC

Farmed and vinified by some of our favourite folk, Lucy and Alysha of Allevare, this is an exceptional Chardonnay. Fruit from a single block of 40 year old vines in Maffra is whole bunch pressed then barrel fermented in aged French oak and going through full malo. This is complex, textural and impressively elegant, there's creaminess here with some peachy, apple vibes and leesy roundness. All just code for a really, really excellent Gippsland Chardy.
