2019 Blanc de Blancs - Pipers Broos TAS

Natalie Fryar sits at the top of the tree for Australian sparkling wine producers. She has made a long lasting mark on the sparkling landscape with her work at Jansz, Pipers Brook, and Kreigliner, with Bellebonne now being her personal label.

Her Blanc de Blancs is the pinnacle of her range and rightfully so. Made from 100% Chardonnay and left on lees for six years, it’s layered and complex—expect apple with a dash of lemon and creamy brioche notes coming through. Handpicked with plenty of care, there’s poise and depth that rivals a good French Champagne on any metric.
