2022 Sparkling Rosé - Pipers Brook, TAS

Brand new vintage of Australia's best sparkling rosé from the queen of sparkling rosé (and sparkling wine in general) Natalie Fryar. 

Made from 100% Tasmanian Pinot Noir, this shimmers pale pink with a soft salmon blush and a fine, lively bead. The aromatics are gently expressive, weaving together fresh strawberry, marzipan and Turkish delight, with a nod to buttery pastry. The palate is subtle but satisfying, showing a lovely sense of roundness before finishing clean and dry with fine tannins and a teasing hint of bitter orange pith. Exceptional.
