It’s bright from the start with apple, citrus, that persistent fizz like it’s already decided to be a good time. Made from organic Glera, but it doesn’t make a thing of it. Just gets on with being fresh, easy, uncomplicated.

I keep wanting to dismiss it, to say something clever about Prosecco… but it’s hard to argue with something that feels this straightforwardly joyful. Like sunshine in a glass, whether I’m in the mood for it or not.
