2022 Sangiovese - Heathcote VIC

We might be a dash biased because he's an old friend of ours but Tim Sproal of Minim Wines is just an all around legend whose wines are just getting better and better. We've followed along the journey from the fun and carefree wines of the early days to recent releases that sweat seriousness. This Sangio is one of his best. Aromatic with red fruit and spice, there's body and richness here hanging tough with some classic Sangiovese tannins. This is Tim's take on Chianti Classico, via Heathcote. Excellent.
