2019 Prince Albert Pinot Noir - Geelong

High up on the hill in Waurn Ponds sits 2 acres of prime organic Pinot Noir vines that make up the Prince Albert Vineyard. With a history dating back to the 1800's, replanted in the 1970's and certified organic in the 1990's, it's a pretty special spot. Winemaker David Yates has a preference for aged Pinot that references the old world and this exceptional wine proves why. Elegant, savoury and earthy with fine tannins, with a bit of time in a decanter this is magic.
