Winemaker Matt East produces elegant and aromatic wines from sites in the Yarra and McLaren Vale. Made from Silvan and Healesville fruit with 35% whole bunch and aged in old oak, this is a fragrant and pretty Pinot with plenty of structure and texture. Supremely elegant drinking here.
