2022 "Pocco Rosso" Nebbiolo - King Valley

Another gem from Syd Bradford, this is great introduction to well made Australian Nebbiolo. An aromatic and poised King Valley red that greets you with rose petals, wild cherry and a dash of pomegranate, alongside mountain herbs. The palate is supple and round yet structured - bright acidity lights up cherry and red berry flavours, then gives way to finely textured Nebbiolo tannins and a savoury, lingering finish. Pretty tasty with a decant.
