2021 Syrah - Cathedral Ranges VIC

Robert and his son Adrian have a beautiful, small vineyard on their truffle farm in Buxton near the Cathedral Ranges. Adrian is a viticulture gun for hire so the approach to their own vineyard is meticulous to say the least. Winemaking leans towards Europe and this aromatic, medium-bodied take on Syrah is super elegant and savoury with red fruit and spice, silky fine tannins and present but subtle acidity.
