2025 Daimo's Syrah - Pyrenees

With fruit from the famed (and organic) Malakoff Vineyard in Landsborough, this is raw, soulful, and deeply compelling. Handcrafted by Niki and Tim at Babche - a tiny organic family farm in Victoria’s southwest, this is cool-climate Syrah made strictly by hand with zero additives, zero filtering, and heaps of character.

Pours a vibrant purple-ruby with lifted aromas of dark plum, wild blackberry, cracked black pepper, and subtle whole-bunch herbal spice. The palate is medium-bodied, energetic, and slick with dark, crunchy forest berries, gamey complexity, and fine, chalky tannins that grip just enough. Unadulterated, expressive, and deeply satisfying.

No added sulphur.
