2021 Minetta Chardonnay - West Gippsland VIC

On what was once an old dairy farm, Al and Adriana farm their 7 acres of vines organically whilst also attempting to re-wild the remaining land.

Their Minetta Chardonnay was gently handled with 25% of the fruit being basket pressed with intentional oxygen exposure whilst the remainder was direct pressed to old oak and stainless steel. The resulting wine exudes purity and class, it is mineral driven with silky acidity whilst also showing richness and great length. Subtle power, exceptional drinking.
