2021 Pinot Noir - West Gippsland VIC

From another low yielding, cool vintage on Al and Adriana's organic ex-dairy farm vineyard, comes this glorious Pinot. Seven different clones are fermented separately, each with varying degree of whole bunch and carbonic maceration, followed by elevage in both oak and stainless steel.

Purity and plushness quickly spring to mind with this wine, there is some prefect round fruit character as well as earthy savouriness. Whilst being lightly framed it is a precisely structured, complex and throughly rewarding Gippsland Pinot.
