2023 Pinot Noir - West Gippsland VIC

According to Al and Adriana, a true Goldilocks season in 2023 has delivered balance and ease - cool conditions, gentle ripening, and beautifully expressive fruit. They took full advantage of the vintage, vinifying each of their seven Pinot clones separately using a mix of whole-cluster, carbonic and traditional ferments to build depth and texture. The result is a bright, finely layered Pinot Noir with notes of red cherry, spice and a hint of earth and autumn leaf. Pure, poised and quietly complex — a beautiful reflection of their organically farmed West Gippsland home.
