2021 Brash Higgins FRNC Cabernet Franc - McLaren Vale, SA

We love Cabernet Franc and it turns out Brad Hickey/Brash Higgins loves it too. Brad's goal here is to push forward the aromatics and delicacy of Cab Franc and this nails it. It lifted and brooding in the nose, lush and supple in the mouth and long and lingering on the finish. So very good and such a good example of a restrained, elegant take on the grape.
