Chief's Son is a family owned, Mornington Peninsula based distiller with a pure focus on single malt whisky. The 900 Standard represents their flagship, house style of whisky. Aged in ex-fortified French oak barrels, this is a rich and moreish whisky, sweet fruited and aromatic on the nose, rich, round and savoury in the mouth, long and warm on the finish. Delicious.
