2023 Bianco Macerato - Riverland SA

A fruit bowl blend of Chardonnay, Vermentino, Arinto, Fiano and Malvasia, all fermented sperately and left on skins for up to 14 days. Floral and fruit forward, it's juicy and a bit herbaceous with citrussy acidity and soft tannin. This is a super refreshing skinsy wine that has more than enough depth to be interesting but not enough to confound. Big sips.
