2023 “Shed” Chardonnay - Yarra Valley

Coming off the stunning View Hill vineyard in Yarra Glen and thoughtfully made by new chief winemaker Kirrily Gordon, this is simply a brilliant Chardonnay. Whole bunch pressed and wild fermented and matured in a mix of stainless steel tank and old French oak plus wild malo-lactic fermentation (100%). Elegant and textured, ripe and aromatic, refined and plush, literally all of the good things.
