2021 Blanc de Blancs - Yarra Valley 

Georgia Dale kills it with this Blanc de Blancs. This vintage wine has plenty time on lees, bringing a bounty of lemon, lime and almond meal with a creamy texture and a long line of acid. Everyone jumps on this one because it’s approachable yet effortlessly complex. Plenty of layers here, and honestly brilliant value.
